Overview
We work directly with coastal communities and organizations across Canada to develop and support community-based ocean monitoring initiatives that meet specific local needs. We provide access to ocean data through Oceans 3.0, and build and maintain long-lasting relationships with community-based partners and data users.
Our goal is to make ocean data accessible, relevant, and useful to coastal and Indigenous communities. Ongoing collaborations inform program development, long and short-term projects, training and workshops, infrastructure support, and data products.
